John Haien
John Haien's 15 years of experience in quantitative marketing
applications spans 6 industries and all areas of the subject.
In the cable television industry, he developed business plans
for new services and international expansion. As a Director of
Marketing in the wireless industry, he provided leadership for
marketing and market research in 32 cities, gaining a 1 year savings
of $850,000. In retailing, he managed the financial aspects of
database marketing and merchandising, turned around an ailing
venture in two months and performed product line profitability
analysis covering 2,000 SKUs, improving ROI by 181%. His software
and e-commerce experience extends to leading a department which
covered all stages of corporate marketing such as market research,
sales support, product development, and product rollout. Mr. Haien
holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Northern Arizona University,
an M.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Drucker
Center of the Claremont Graduate University. He also teaches business
at Metropolitan State College of Denver.

D. Barrett
Over a career that has spanned more than twenty-five years and
taken him from First National Bank of Denver, to AT&T, to
Invesco Funds Group, and NCR, Mr. Barrett has held positions in:
senior management, product development and product management,
operations, marketing research, consulting, sales management and
sales. His broad experience, from both sides of the desk, provides
a perspective to not only see the big picture but also the ability
to drill down to operational levels almost anywhere in the business.
Coupled with Mr. Barrett's knowledge and understanding of Information
Technology, a key enabler in almost every business, and you have
a resource capable of taking a critical view into a business to
identify the key issues and subsequently develop the creative
strategy to solve them and simultaneously invigorate the business
and in many cases deliver a competitive advantage. Mr. Barrett
has a B.S. in Business from the University of Colorado, with majors
in Finance and Marketing.
